终端工具 Warp 在 GitHub 仓库 README 中正式将定位由"现代终端"调整为"为多 AI Agent 协作而生的 Agentic Development Environment"。该仓库目前 26.4k star、4.3k 公开 issue（仅作为 issue 跟踪，源码尚未开源）。Warp 团队在更新中将自身要解决的问题概括为两条：传统终端跟不上当下开发者的工作方式；现有 Agent 开发工具难以脱离笔记本电脑、形成可扩展的自动化能力。新 Warp 在客户端层面保留现代化 UI 与代码编辑能力，内置 SOTA 级别 Agent “Oz” 作为默认助手，同时支持直接调用 Claude Code、Codex、Gemini CLI 等第三方 CLI Agent。
新引入的 Oz 被定位为"云端 Agent 编排平台"，可同时启动数量不受限制的并行 Coding Agent，所有 Agent 均"可编程、可审计、可被人类完全引导"，目标场景是把重复任务自动化、把工程能力本身做成可被部署的 Agent，并在云端并行运行——典型用例如同时跑 N 个修 bug Agent、批量重构、或多任务比对生成方案。开源策略方面，Warp 团队明确仍在评估中：计划首先开源底层的 Rust UI 框架，随后考虑开源客户端的部分乃至全部代码，但服务端将"暂时保持闭源"；扩展点（主题、Workflows）已陆续开放贡献。Warp 维持每周四左右一次的更新节奏。
