Tianya Community and China Telecom have reached a legally effective data migration arbitration award through the Hainan International Arbitration Court, achieving key progress in the complete preservation of historical data. The original tianya.cn domain is temporarily unavailable, and the migration of historical data to tianya.net is still awaiting relevant approvals, with overall data restoration expected to be completed within June. The statement emphasizes that ownership of core assets such as the brand and historical data belongs to Tianya Community Company, and the entrusted operator does not involve asset changes. Upon first login, users must confirm privacy authorization in accordance with the “Personal Information Protection Law”.
