NVIDIA launches branch 600 with GeForce Game Ready Driver 610.47 WHQL, Game Ready for 007 First Light

NVIDIA released Game Ready Driver 610.47 WHQL on May 26, kicking off the new branch 600 series and jumping from the 596.x line. The 978 MB update adds Game Ready support for 007 First Light (early access May 26 for pre-orders, full launch May 27), LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight (released May 22), EA SPORTS F1 25: 2026 Season Pack, and World of Tanks: HEAT. At launch, 007 First Light ships with DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation; path tracing and DLSS Ray Reconstruction are slated to follow in summer 2026. Simultaneously with the Game Ready release, NVIDIA also shipped a Studio Driver variant carrying optimizations for ComfyUI and Llama.cpp workflows.

On the bug-fix side, 610.47 resolves flickering shadows and lights in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, missing landscape textures in Enshrouded, visual distortions in Godot-powered games, and stability issues when running multiple monitors with V-Sync enabled. Also fixed are crashes in Adobe Lightroom Classic, a memory leak in Autodesk Forma when using OpenGL, incorrect 480p output on Apple Studio Display XDR, and key features inadvertently disabling in Game Mode on Samsung The Frame TVs. The driver carries over the V-Sync smoothness fix for DLSS Frame Generation first introduced in 596.49. Both Game Ready and Studio builds are available for 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11 via the NVIDIA App and GeForce.com.
