On its API documentation pricing page, DeepSeek announced that the current limited-time discount offering V4-Pro at 25% off will expire on May 31, 2026, at 15:59 UTC. After this date, the official pricing for V4-Pro will be set at one-fourth of its original price — exactly matching the current promotional rate. Based on this, the long-term official pricing will be 3 yuan per million input tokens and 6 yuan per million output tokens (both for cache misses). This move eliminates any previous uncertainty caused by the promotion, so developers no longer need to rush to purchase additional quotas before the deadline. When DeepSeek-V4-Pro was launched on April 24 this year, its original price stood at 12 yuan per million input tokens and 24 yuan per million output tokens. On April 25, the 25%-off promotion kicked off, followed by a reduction of the input cache hit pricing across all plans to one-tenth of the launch price on April 26. Today’s announcement effectively makes this 25%-off pricing permanent.
